Buying a 765LT CPO or no CPO?

I've narrowed my 765LT search down to a few cars. Anything I should be aware of before buying? A few people have told me it's a nightmare to own a Mclaren without warranty. Searched this forum for issues and didn't find much about issues with the 765..

Any thoughts? FYI the closest Mclaren dealer is about 200 miles away from me.
